Return & Refund Policy:

 At Shipwrecked Watch Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality timepieces with exceptional care and efficiency. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines important conditions and responsibilities.

 

Shipping & Order Processing -

 

All watches are processed and shipped as quickly as possible—often the same day. While we aim to ship all orders within 24–48 hours, most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Order Cancellations -

 

If you choose to cancel your order after it has already shipped and is in transit, you will not be eligible for an immediate refund. A refund will only be issued once the watch has been returned and inspected under the conditions outlined below.

 

Return Policy (14 Days) -

 

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

- The watch must be returned in unworn, unused, and new condition

- All original packaging and materials must be included

- The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

 

Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused at our sole discretion.

 

Return Shipping & Fees (Domestic Orders) -

 

-The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

- Original shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund

- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected

-A $30 restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund amount

 

International Orders -

 

For all international returns, the following conditions apply:

 

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- Customers must pay any applicable customs fees or duties associated with the return

- Original shipping costs and customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount

-A $30 restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund amount

 

Inspection & Refund Approval -

 

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to:

- Deny refunds for watches returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition

- Deny refunds for items lost in transit if not properly insured by the customer

 

Refunds will only be processed after the product has been thoroughly inspected and approved.
