What is the warranty on our watches?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our watches, covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and discoloration
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Water damage if the watch has been exposed to water beyond its rated water resistance
How often should I have my watch serviced?
We recommend servicing your automatic watch every 3-5 years, depending on usage. Regular servicing ensures optimal performance and longevity.
What are the customs and import duties for international orders?
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient if outside of the United States. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities.
For customers in the USA, there will be no charge for any customs/tariffs. These will be paid for by Shipwrecked and not passed onto the customer.
How Quickly can I expect a response from customer service?
